James McGregor is the Founder of the Blue Tribe Company, a Newcastle based, multi-award winning sustainability and innovation consultancy that offers a range of workshops and programs to help businesses unlock their innovation potential whilst achieving their net zero and circular economy targets.
With 20+ years in sustainable innovation, including 13 at CSIRO, he’s developed world record breaking solar tech, is an innovation coach for Australia’s top SciTech Accelerator, and has pioneered a Channel 9 sustainable housing TV show.
A former Army Officer and University of Cambridge alum, he’s also an author, TV producer, podcast host and on weekends a volunteer surf lifesaver.

Annie Jiang, CEO of Go Circular, spearheads strategic advising for circular economy and sustainability.
She empowers businesses, communities, and governments with circular economics through Go Circular.
