What is included in the Impact Business Builder Program?
Have more time than money at the moment? No problem. “The Impact Business Builder – Idea to Launch” online course will teach you the basics and how to do the legwork required to get your business ready to launch, and you can then press ‘play’ on one of our more intensive programs when the time is right.
The Impact Business Builder is designed to set you up for success. Once you sign up you will get access to 32 game changing video lessons with activities to move your business idea forward. The lessons will teach what you need to know to go from idea to ready-to-launch.
Lessons include:
- How to create your mission and vision
- Defining your market segment
- Understanding your customer
- How to come up with great business or product ideas
- How to test your ideas before launch
- How to design a business model
- The marketing material you need for launch
How does the group coaching work?
When you sign up you will be added to a cohort of up to 12 other Impact-preneurs who are at a similar stage in the development of their business. In each coaching session we spend about 30min learning some new knowledge or skill (eg how to validate your idea) and then we talk through key challenges each participant is facing.
One of the great things about group coaching is that you get a chance to learn from each other and we encourage the cohort to meet outside of the coaching to build your network and skills.
I have a business idea in my head. Do I need to be any further along to get started?
An idea is the best place to start! You can do everything correctly from the beginning. The earlier in the process you get help, the better.
How long do most people work with you?
Most clients work with us for 6-12 months, however that is not a requirement. Some people come in for just a month or two to get high-level advice on a specific aspect of their business. However you choose to use the service is up to you. We recommend that if this is your first time creating an impact business that you consider at least three months of help – you’ll be amazed at how much you will achieve in just 12 weeks! We also have an alumni program which most clients join after they finish their plan so they can keep their skills sharp and up-to-date.
What if I want to cancel my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel your membership at any time. As long as you cancel before the date your plan renews, you will not be charged for the next cycle.
